"We had been looking for a hot tub for some time. We had piles of information and magazines and had spoken to several fairly unimpressive salesmen. There seemed to be too many pitfalls and concerns and we could not make up minds what to do. When we met Mike and the team at Euphoria we were struck by their genuine enthusiasm and commitment and decided to put our trust and money in them and their products and we have not looked back. As it turned out the price structure became unimportant to us and we bought a more expensive tub than we intended because we trusted and felt confident in Euphoria's advice and this over time has been bourne out. They have been so helpful, entirely honest and always make the effort to help us out. Mike has even dropped off filters in an emergency before a hot tub party on his way home. I would never have thought that they would have gone to these lengths. One thing that is important to us is that they always answer e-mails and return phone calls and have always been cheerful, enthusiastic and totally committed to providing an excellent service.

We have had the tub for about three years now and have never had any problems, it costs about £10 a week to run and have never bought our chemicals or other products from anybody else. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Euphoria."
