We have just had our Jacuzzi Hot Tub (which we purchased from Euphoria lifestyle) serviced by one of their qualified engineers. The whole experience of booking the survey arranging a time and the actual survey was straightforward and simple. When the engineer arrived he was super helpful and did a really thorough job of the service and also offered some good tips and advice about the ongoing maintenance of our Hot Tub. Amazing Company
Frank was exceptionally helpful had problems with my house build and had to put back delivery more than once they were more than happy to help and nothing was a problem with them. When I was eventually ready for my hot tub to be delivered and installed it was done date and time we agreed on. When they did installation the guy who installed it was extremely helpful done a fantastic job and give me plenty of information as to look after and maintain the hot tub. Seamless Hot Tub Purchase
Great smooth process from initial interaction with a really informative guide and pack, post registering interest online, which was a real help and one of the first main reasons to visit their show room. Once at the showroom Frank was incredibly helpful explaining everything and our Options in line with our expectations and budget. We only had to wait a month ( which was needed to get the electrics sorted) with clear communications. The day of delivery was really smooth led by Damian's he was again very knowledgeable and patient with my questions on how to maintain and his top tips have been a god send ! A stress free process ! Fantastic Service from Euphoria Hot Tubs!
I had had another brand of hot tub for over 20 years and wanted a new tub as the old one was getting a bit tired. I contacted Emily at Euphoria Hot Tubs by email during the pandemic and she has been brilliant all the way through the process. She is very knowledgable, patient and was never pushing me to purchase.
