Great service initially from Sharon who helped guide myself and wife through this important purchase. We tried so many models in the showroom but eventually settled on the J375.
We saw the Jacuzzi on the Sunday morning, and purchased it there and then and 'pushed' the Euphoria Lifestyle team to deliver the next Thursday and fair play, they did the site survey on the Monday and installed in on the Thursday. Unfortunately, it was my electrician who held things up but that was no problem, one of the team came out after a week or so and made sure I understood everything.
The Jacuzzi itself is an item of absolute luxury and we're so pleased that we purchased it. As well as providing general relaxation for the family of four, my daughter suffers from a chronic daily migraine condition that requires treatment at Great Ormond Street and the Jacuzzi has without a doubt helped her as it provides massage at just the right point and intensity in her neck.
I would like to thanks Sharon, Frank and the installation team for your excellent pre and more importantly, after sales service. I would have no hesitation in recommending you personally and the Jacuzzi brand.
