Since being established in 2006, Euphoria Lifestyle’s retail showroom based at Squire’s Garden Centre in Washington, West Sussex has always followed strict health and safety guidelines. To maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff, we have made several adjustments to our showroom and sanitation protocols throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and global health crisis.
OUR SAFETY PROTOCOLS
To ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we have implemented the following safety procedures:
- Maintaining a 2-metre physical distance from others
- Washing hands and using alcohol-based sanitizer
- Cleaning high-touch surfaces regularly
- Staying home if feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19
- Complying with all rules and regulations set out by government officials and the public health sector
- Contactless delivery, installation, curbside pick-up, and delivery services

VISITING OUR SHOWROOM
During the lockdown our showroom is NOT currently open to the general public for browsing. We are fully operational and offering contactless shopping options, such as delivery and curbside pick-up. Please give our showroom a call or send our team an email. We can arrange for a video sales call to discuss your needs and future project ideas. Please note that we are operating with reduced staff and limited availability of certain products. We thank you for your support, patience and understanding as our business navigates through these unprecedented times.
While outside of our showroom for curbside pick-up, we ask that you please maintain a physical distance of 2 metres between yourself and others. If you are feeling unwell, are presenting symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you stay home and only visit our showroom when you are healthy. This can help to ensure the safety and best health of our staff and other customers. In this instance, you may be able to utilize our online store and delivery service.
SHOPPING FROM A DISTANCE
For those who wish to shop from the comfort of their homes, we are here to support you from afar. Please feel free to get in touch with our store via phone or email, where we can schedule a virtual or phone appointment. You can also take advantage of our delivery and curbside pick-up services. Please contact our office to discuss what options may be available to you, including easy to arrange video calls using platforms such as FaceTime, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Zoom. If you need to contact us, please call (and please do leave a message if not answered immediately) or send an email and we will respond to your message as soon as practically possible. Please bear with us during this unprecedented and challenging time.
Customers wishing to purchase chemicals, filters, and ancillary items, we kindly request you to purchase online either for free next day delivery or click and collect. We are operating on reduced staff numbers and experiencing very high call volumes and demand for our products and service. Our response times are extended, and we thank you for your forbearance during this time.

INSTALLATION, DELIVERY & REPAIR SERVICES
Euphoria Lifestyle is offering a limited delivery and installation service of our hot tub products, in outdoor locations only. We are doing this with the following practices:
- Contactless and physical distancing procedures
- Regular handwashing and sanitation of high-touch surfaces
- Wearing face coverings when possible
- Phone and email communication when possible, instead of face-to-face
- Completed risk assessments for each separate installation
If you have a serious fault that affects the safe operation of your spa, please drain the water immediately and turn off the power supply to avoid any potential health risks. Request a service appointment with Euphoria Lifestyle right away and we will work with you to have a technician visit your home to rectify the problem as soon we possible.
PRODUCT LEAD TIMES
Lead time for new hot tub and swim spa orders is slightly longer than normal due to global shortages, factory shutdowns due to COVID-19 and shipping/logistics issues affecting the world at present. Your investment in a new hot tub or swim spa can last for the next 10-15 years or more, so please do take into account that the slightly extended waiting times will be worth the wait! We also encourage all customers to place their confirmed orders as quickly as possible in order that we can manage their order once in the queue.
COVID-19 IN HOT TUBS, SWIM SPAS & POOLS
We would like to reassure you that according to current best advice there is no evidence the Coronavirus COVID-19 virus can be spread through pools and hot tubs i.e.:
There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans using pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g. with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19
