Did you know that walking or jogging in reverse engages more muscles than going forward? Now you know, you’ll want to repeat the steps as above, except this time you will have your back to the jets. Keep the current low, increasing the intensity as required.
Simulate the experience of riding a bicycle, while holding onto the edge of your all-season pool.
Bring your legs up just under the surface of the water and pedal for one to two minutes, or until you really feel the burn.
4. Swimming Laps
Your all season pool is perfect for swimming laps. Laps are great for improving your cardio, and building full-body strength. an all season pool provides an extra benefit because of the jets.
This added current will make your workout even more impactful. Start slow and build your endurance gradually.
5. Stretching and Breathing
After your workout is complete, try stretching to side-step stiff and sore muscles. Follow up with breathing exercises to help you relax and reduce stress. You’ll also feel the tension in your muscles diminish.
