YOUR OVERVIEW OF THE BUYING, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION PROCESS

First thing’s first, let’s help you select that hot tub. Before we give you our recommendation we will take the time to understand why you are looking to buy a hot tub. For us it’s not just about budget… we tailor the purchase based on uses like socialising, hydrotherapy after sport, home enhancements, and more. When we configure this with the size of your garden and the amount of people using it, we can then begin to narrow down the search to the perfect choice.

From here we can focus on the specifications, colours and finishes. With the finished article ready to be ordered, it’s time to plan for delivery and installation. Once you’ve paid your deposit, we’ll arrange a site visit to discuss the next steps leading up to delivery, highlighting any areas that need to be prepared in advance of the big day. We can provide advice on garden location, access, and recommend supplier partners for electrical, groundworks, landscaping, or crane hire aspects to your particular installation if required. If you have not yet paid your deposit but would like for our team to perform a site visit, we can do so for the small fee of £50.

On the day of delivery, our two friendly and experienced engineers will deliver and position the spa into place, fill with water and fit any accessories you have selected. All you have to do is wait for the water to come up to temperature before slipping into your new hot tub!
