Thieves broke into Euphoria Lifestyle’s showroom in Washington, West Sussex on Friday 7th October and stole two Aquavia hot tubs. The hot tubs are quite distinctive, particularly the Aqualife 7! The side panels /cabinets are in a silver shell and thunder cabinet and are of European design and build.
Euphoria Lifestyle hit with more devastating news – Thursday 12th October during the night thieves broke in again and stole two more Jacuzzi® hot tubs. A Jacuzzi® J-495 and a Jacuzzi® J-480.
Chilling extracts were captured from CCTV showing the two burglars who broke on Friday night and helped themselves to two AquaviaSpa hot tubs. On one of the video clips, the criminals are seen to be looking at the hot tub descriptors/prices, a key sign that the theft was not opportunistic and the thieves were aware of exactly what they planned to take during the burglary. The hot tub serial numbers have been given to the police and an investigation is underway.
Mike Robinson (Euphoria Lifestyle Managing Director) commented: “It’s horrific really, we’re now £50,000 of stock down in one week and needless to say we are in total shock this morning. This is a major attack on our business and livelihood., a truly awful situation to be in. I sincerely hope we have some positive news to report soon”. Mike continued “Where have four hot tubs gone in one week, stolen to order or to go out of the country? Who knows!”
